Why did you Form?

Our motivation for forming Corporate Formality, Inc. was based upon an obvious need, we recognized with our own businesses, and so realized other business owners are in dire need to receive such a valuable "business entity structure" and so we decided to fill that need and provide this service at a low cost means for both individuals and small businesses alike.
