Private MAILBOX

If you've ever used a USPS Postal Service Postal Get Acrobat Reader mail box or went off site to a "so-called" private mailbox rental establishment, like a UPS Store, Postnet or some other third tier operation that rents mailboxes to the public - then you know how intrusive these applications can be.

Anything but PRIVATE

They are anything but private, and or confidential. When you fill out the application you'll see they will want your name or the name of the person(s) filling out and submitting the application, what your association to, with and for the company, corporation, or LLC, for whom you are submitting the application.

They'll want your drivers license, or some other "photo ID", they want the names of all persons (recipients), who will be receiving mail at the(ir) location.

Use of (YOUR) Information.

The U.S. Postal Service® is authorized by 39 U.S.C. 403 and 404 to collect the information on PS Form 1093.

We use the information in providing Post Office box or caller service to the applicant, but we may disclose it:

  • To anyone authorized by law to serve judicial process.
  • To a government agency, in performance of its duties.
  • To a congressional office, if the boxholder requests it.
  • In response to a subpoena or court order.
  • When it pertains to a legal proceeding that involves the Postal Service.

Privacy Act Statement

Privacy Act Statement: Your information will be used to provide Post Office™ box or caller services. Collection is authorized by 39 USC 401, 403, & 404.

Providing the information is voluntary, but if not provided, we will be unable to provide this service to you. We do not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except to facilitate the transaction, to act on your behalf or request, or as legally required.

Private?

Look at how they can and will use your PRIVATE INFORMATION!

  • This includes the following limited circumstances: to a congressional office on your behalf;
  • to financial entities
  • regarding financial transaction issues;
  • to a USPS auditor;
  • to entities, including law enforcement, as required by law or
  • in legal proceedings;
  • to contractors and other entities aiding us to fulfill the service (service providers);
  • to process servers;
  • to domestic government agencies if needed as part of their duties;
  • and to a foreign government agency for violations and alleged violations of law.
  • Information concerning an individual boxholder who has filed a protective court order with
the postmaster will not be disclosed except pursuant to court order.

For more information on our privacy policies, see our privacy link on USPS.com®.

Now - Let's Get Private!

IF YOU WANT TO GOT USPS ROUTE - A nominee holds all the cards to true anonymity. He, she and or they supply the names, the Identity, the supporting documentation (List of officers, etc.), to open the box. Once it is open we will tell you how to utilize this box to your benefit.

IF YOU REALLY WANT PRIVACY - The nominee still holds the key to anonymity, but because it is "his" or "her" corporation (in name), and it is THE NOMINEE'S physical address, where they've been "doing business" for many years, have been receiving mail at that location "for many years" and are on record as "the tenant(s)" of occupancy, and are known & registered with the state as well as the local postman (post office) receiving MAIL UNDER THE BRAND OF ANOTHER (client) Entity is not out of the ordinary - It's the business, it's our business!
